The support team received 400+ emails daily. Manually reading, categorising, and routing each one to the right person was consuming 15 hours per week — and things were still falling through the cracks.
Document Processing
Invoices, onboarding documents, and contracts arrived in multiple formats and needed to be manually extracted, verified, and entered into their CRM. Each document took 8–12 minutes of human time.
Reporting Assembly
Weekly business reports required pulling data from six different systems, formatting it, and distributing it. This took 6 hours every Monday morning — time a senior team member could never afford to spend.

AI Email Triage Pipeline
We built an n8n pipeline that uses Claude to read incoming emails, classify intent (support, billing, sales, partnerships), extract key information, route to the right team, and draft a suggested response. 80% of emails are now resolved without human intervention.
Intelligent Document Processing
A custom document ingestion system that uses GPT-4 Vision to extract structured data from invoices and contracts regardless of format, validates against business rules, and auto-populates their CRM. What took 12 minutes now takes 8 seconds.
Automated Reporting Engine
An n8n workflow that pulls data from all six systems on a schedule, applies their standard KPI calculations, formats the report to their template, and distributes via email and Slack — every Monday at 7am without human involvement.
